To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the past 15 days, be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us prior to returning your item via email at at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number.
We require a Return Authorization Number and proof of purchase to process refunds.
Once your product is received and your refund approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and your credit card company. It may take 7-10 days before your refund is posted.
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, please follow instructions above. We will refund your money and you can reorder.
