Orders will be shipped by your selected method within 2 business days. We need time to ensure that the order is correct.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping carriers no longer guarantee the delivery speed estimated. Fenben Inc is not at fault if your package is late and we will offer no refunds or price adjustments due to carrier failures. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped and it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

RATES

We try to get the best rates for our customers however, shipping costs continue to rise amidst this time of increasing demand. Whatever is calculated at checkout is the price you will pay as well as the exact price that we pay. We are continuously trying to negotiate lower rates for out customers.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for any orders that are placed with the wrong address used. Our orders are continuously being fulfilled and shipped so it is difficult to make address changes once you have placed your order.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

If there are duplicate orders that are placed from the same account, we will so our best to contact you, the buyer, via email to determine is the duplication was intentional. If we do not hear from the buyer within one week, the order will be deems intentional and shipped out to the address on file. Once the order has been shipped, all additional policies apply (shipping, refund/return, etc.).
